What is the standard warranty for INETDEAL.COM (R) products?

Each item is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Check the description of the item to check warranty or you can call our Customer Service at 1-888-707-4987 to check.

 

Does INETDEAL.COM accept International orders?

Yes. You would first submit a request for "International Estimate" for the item(s) and the shipping cost will be emailed to you. If you accept the estimate, you would contact sales@inetdeal.com to complete the order.

 

Approximately how long does it generally take to process an order?

Orders are processed as they come in usually within 48 hours. Orders entered over the weekend will not be processed until the following week.

With Ground shipping, we guarantee you will have your product within 7 days. With expedited shipping you will have it within the period specified.

 

What states are required to pay sales tax?

INETDEAL.COM shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Ohio. Resellers in that state may send a copy of their valid Reseller Certificate to sales@inetdeal.com to show exemption. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales or other taxes on orders shipped to any other state.

 

Does INETDEAL.COM know specifically why my credit/debit card was declined?

No. We can only tell that the charge is not approved. You will need to contact your credit card issuing bank to find out the reason for the decline.
